“When we arrived we found out that the segways that we were supposed to take were not charged. So the guide suggested we take a moped or a scooter which I was very disappointed about, because that’s what I paid for, .however after taking the tour we were satisfied and had a real good time. He did a real good job of leading and making us comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a way to make sure equipment is ready so customers have what they paid for.”
